Who we are

MyFurryPaws is a brand operated by POP Gaming LLC. "We", "us" and "our" refer to POP Gaming LLC.

Using this website

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to buy from us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

You are responsible for keeping any account details you create accurate and secure.

Products and descriptions

Product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We aim to keep this information accurate.

Photographs are illustrative. Minor variations may occur where disclosed or reasonably expected, such as colors looking different between screens or small packaging changes, but this does not affect your rights if a product is materially different from its description or does not meet applicable legal requirements.

Orders and pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may need to cancel an order, before or after accepting it, for a legitimate reason: the product is unavailable, the payment cannot be completed, we suspect fraud, the price shown was a genuine pricing error, or we are temporarily unable to ship to the delivery country. If we cancel, we tell you.

If we cancel an entire order, we will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges and applicable taxes. If only part of an order is canceled, we will refund the canceled items and any applicable taxes or shipping adjustments required by law.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative, subject to your agreement, or cancel the affected order and provide the applicable refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

If a price was a genuine error, we will never ask you to pay more without your agreement. We will contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Before you pay, checkout shows the full amount we will charge, including item prices, any shipping charge, and any sales tax we collect. We do not add hidden charges.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with them and we do not store your full card details. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 4-9 business days.

These are estimates, and actual processing and delivery times may vary depending on fulfillment arrangements, destination, carrier operations, and customs procedures where applicable.

Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. All other orders pay a flat $4.99 shipping charge. Applicable import duties and customs-related charges are covered by us or our fulfillment partners.

If an order cannot be dispatched within the stated timeframe, we will provide applicable delay notifications, cancellation options, and refunds in accordance with consumer-protection laws.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

All product categories are eligible for returns under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible returns include free prepaid return shipping labels and no restocking fees.

Under our 30-day money-back guarantee, if your pet tries a product and does not like it, you can return it for a full refund, including the original shipping charge, no questions asked.

Direct exchanges may be available subject to product availability.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order cancellations and refunds for unfulfilled orders are handled in accordance with our published policies and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection or warranty laws.

Intellectual property

Website text, images, logos, layout and code belong to POP Gaming LLC or to the relevant rights holders and licensors, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their owners.

Reviews and submissions

You keep ownership of any review, photograph or other content you submit. By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the store and to use it in operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.

We welcome honest reviews, including negative ones, and we will not penalize you for honest criticism.

Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive. We may remove submissions that are.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Product information is provided for general purposes and is not professional or veterinary advice. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and, where relevant, seek professional advice.

This does not affect your rights in relation to the products you buy from us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyFurryPaws and POP Gaming LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including liability arising under applicable consumer-protection, product safety, or warranty laws, and liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

If you intentionally misuse the website, act unlawfully, or materially breach these terms, you are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for claims and losses that result. This does not apply to ordinary purchases, to defective products, or to our own mistakes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order, unless applicable law or an agreement with you says otherwise.

Governing law
